The beautiful village of Châteauneuf
Classified as one of the most beautiful villages of France, Châteauneuf is one of the most picturesque villages of Burgundy. Sitting on its rocky spur, with its ornate stone houses, its flowery plots of land and its castle, Châteauneuf is among the villages one cannot miss and should be visited absolutely !

The medieval castle of Châteauneuf
Classified as a historic monument, it is one of the last remnants of medieval architecture. Châteauneuf is one of the most outstanding sites of the region thanks to its location: overlooking the Auxois area and the Burgundy canal, its history linked to the dukes of burgundy, its building from different eras, and its exceptional view.

The castle of Commarin
Surrounded by its water and its park, the castle of Commarin has belonged to the same family for more than 900 years. Built as a Maison Forte, it became a fortified castle under the power of the Dukes of Burgundy. The castle endured several transformations throughout the centuries that created a remarkable architectural mix.

The medieval village of Mont-Saint-Jean
You will be transported back to the middle-ages period with the village of Mont-Saint-Jean. With its castle and rampart used as a shelter in case of attacks,with its stone houses and its hospital, the village is sitting on its rocky spur and is overlooking the Serein valley.

Heritage railway of the Ouche Valley (CFVO)
Leaving the station of Bligny-sur-Ouche onboard an ancient train, relax and appreciate the view and scenery of the Ouche Valley for 1 and a half- hour and travel to Pont d’Ouche on one of the oldest French railway built in 1830
