We produce goat's cheese (a herd of 40 Lorraine breed goats on 25 hectares of dry stubble land) and herbal teas/aromats (a 4000m² garden), that we sell directly (at markets, APPA (Association for the preservation of peasant agriculture), grocery shops and restaurants) in the region. La ferme Laprée (The Laprée Farm)

"On the edge of the Morvan and in the Auxois region, we raise our mulard ducks and sheep in the open air. Breeders and producers for over 30 years, our foie-gras and all our products are made on site in the traditional way.

In line with our values, we have decided to convert our sheep farming as well as our crops into organic farming. Following the acquisition of a mill, we process our cereals into organic flour directly on the farm (wheat, chickpeas, spelt, small spelt and lentils).

You can find us at the Beaune and Dijon markets, visit us on our farm or come and taste our products at the various events we attend." PASCAL LAPREE
