At the Lassey restaurant, our Chef subtly reveals his talent and his taste for good food, with simple creativity.
Respect for the product and beautiful combinations set the tone. In his dishes, roundness and delicacy are underlined by a gentle pep, and above all raw produce, worked from A to Z so that nothing is wasted.
The recipes are somewhere between farm and lake, with berries from the undergrowth, wild herbs and fermentations meeting Burgundy's hallmarks and the classics of French cuisine.

Opening :
From 01/11/25 to 24/11/25 from 12:15 to 13:30 - from 19:15 to 20:30.
Closed on : Monday, Tuesday
From November to the end of March, open every day except Mondays and Tuesdays.
In April, open every day except for lunch on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
From the beginning of May to the end of June, open every day for dinner and for lunch on Sundays.
In July and August, open from Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner.
From early September to late October, open daily for dinner and lunch on Sundays.
Saturday lunchtime we welcome you for the Château brunch served from 11.30am to 2pm.
Service times: from 12:15 to 13:30 for lunch and from 19:15 to 21:00 for dinner.
Annual closure of the Château from 24 November to 19 December 2025 inclusive and from 2 January to 30 January 2026 inclusive. Open every day for dinner during the festive season and for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
