Brunch au Château Sainte Sabine

For reasons of weather, Château Sainte Sabine will be transforming its Fantastic Picnic by the pond into a chef's brunch inside the château, with accordion music playing from 12 noon to 3pm.

Chef Thomas Braghi and his kitchen and pastry team will be on hand to offer you a gourmet weekend treat.

A taste for sharing and locavore are on the menu. The dishes are prepared in partnership with local producers, sometimes just a few hundred metres from the château.


Passed down from family to family, Château Sainte Sabine has been restored with finesse and refinement over the centuries to become this timeless jewel that invites you to relax. Antique furniture, Pierre Frey tapestries and noble materials dance in every room.
