This workshop will take you on a journey through time and space...
The Mexican chocolatier will tell you all about the origins of cocoa, and how the Aztecs and Mayans consumed it.
This sensory workshop "From bean to cup" has been designed to immerse you in a sensory, cultural and interactive experience as you make a Mexican-style chocolate puck to take home!
The workshop ends with a tasting ceremony of traditional Mayan hot chocolate made in front of you.
Ideal for a family outing with friends.
The educational content of this workshop is perfectly suited to children (aged 8 and over) and teenagers, and will complement their history-geography and/or Spanish classes!
The workshop takes place on SATURDAY MORNINGS, at 10.00 am. Ends at midday. Consult the dates of the programme.
