Nestling on the heights of the Auxois-Morvan region, La Vignotte offers an intimate, peaceful setting with exceptional panoramic views over the region.
Nearby: Dijon, Beaune and its vineyards, Saulieu and its nature park, Alesia and its museum ...

La Vignotte is also ideal for walks along the banks of numerous lakes, the Burgundy canal and the wine route. Lovers of nature, peace and simplicity...., La Vignotte is sure to charm you! Your first neighbours (apart from birds, sheep and various pollinators......) are 800 metres away. A former winegrower's hut, La Vignotte has been completely redesigned and refurbished to provide you with a simple but pleasant welcome:
- self-sufficient in energy thanks to the installation of a solar system
- autonomous in water by the drilling of a well. You will therefore understand that the water is unfit for consumption. To make up for this, we provide bottled still and sparkling water for your arrival (to be renewed afterwards by yourself).
You will notice that many of the fittings have been made by hand (dining area, bedrooms, kitchenette). We wanted to preserve the very essence of this unique place while providing you with comfort and fulfilment. Imperfections.....but at the same time a lot of heart, are included in this state of mind.
If you share our vision, we and our 13-year-old daughter Célia (who played an active part in this wonderful project, in particular by creating the decor and a mini slide show to introduce you to our region) would be delighted to welcome you for your next stay.

You will have access to the entire property, except for the cellar below, which serves as a technical room for the various installations. Bodyguards have been installed there and around the perimeter of the courtyard, but we still advise you to keep an eye on your young children!
There is a 2600 square metre plot of land planted with flowers and trees. There are beehives at the far end of the plot, around 150 metres from the hut. To make sure you get on well with the bees that live there, we suggest you observe them, but do not approach them.
